Human Response Network (HRN) is excited to announce the release of our FY 2026–2027 Community Engagement Agreement (CEA) Request for Applications (RFA). Through this opportunity, HRN will fund one community-driven project (up to $4,000) that supports tobacco prevention efforts in Trinity County.

On Friday, January 23, 2026, Human Response Network (HRN), in collaboration with Trinity County, will conduct the annual Point in Time Count (PIT Count),  a critical effort to better understand homelessness in Trinity County and connect individuals to needed resources.
