Now Accepting Applications for 2026 Community Engagement Agreement (CEA) Grants
Human Response Network (HRN) is excited to announce the release of our FY 2026–2027 Community Engagement Agreement (CEA) Request for Applications (RFA).
Through this opportunity, HRN will fund one community-driven project (up to $4,000) that supports tobacco prevention efforts in Trinity County.
About the Opportunity
The CEA program is designed to support local organizations, youth groups, and community-based efforts that:
Promote tobacco prevention education
Advance smokefree outdoor public spaces
Increase community awareness and engagement
Build youth leadership and advocacy
Projects should focus on engaging priority populations, including youth and rural communities, and contribute to building a healthier, tobacco-free Trinity County.
Who Can Apply
Eligible applicants include:
Nonprofit organizations
Community-based groups
School-based clubs or youth groups (with fiscal sponsor if needed)
Applicants must be located in or serve Trinity County.
Key Dates
Application Opens: April 13, 2026
Application Deadline: May 15, 2026 (5:00 PM)
Award Notification: By June 30, 2026
Project Period: August 1, 2026 – March 30, 2027
Funding Details
One award of up to $4,000
Funds may support staff time, materials, outreach, and incentives
Activities must be coordinated with HRN staff
