Human Response Network is pleased to announce that the 2025 Community Engagement Agreement (CEA) Request for Applications (RFA) is now open! This funding opportunity supports local efforts to reduce the harms of commercial tobacco in Trinity County through education, policy, and community engagement.

Through the CEA program, HRN will award up to two grants ranging from $1,500 to $3,000 to community-based organizations and groups committed to advancing a tobacco-free Trinity County. Projects must take place between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.

  • Public education on the harms of flavored tobacco products

  • Community engagement focused on smokefree outdoor spaces
