Human Response Network (HRN) is excited to announce the release of our FY 2026–2027 Community Engagement Agreement (CEA) Request for Applications (RFA). Through this opportunity, HRN will fund one community-driven project (up to $4,000) that supports tobacco prevention efforts in Trinity County.

This community gathering will bring parents, educators, youth, and local leaders together to discuss the challenges our young people face and how we can work together to support healthier choices.
