April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
You are invited to take to your sidewalk, driveway, or piece of paper and express what your community would look like without sexual assault.
No sidewalk?
No problem. Use a piece of paper and hang it in your window.
Where do I get chalk?
Sidewalk chalk can be picked up at the HRN office in Weaverville between 10 am and 12 pm, Monday through Friday. Participating schools are also helping to hand out chalk during lunch distribution. Check with your school to see if they are participating.
