About the job

DUTIES:

  1. Schedule appointments with and determine eligibility of prospective clients.

  2. Complete all paperwork and manage files of eligible families.

  3. Re-certify families according to funding requirements.

  4. Provide technical assistance to enrolled families.

  5. Attend trainings, conferences, and other opportunities for strengthening job knowledge and performance.

  6. Run monthly State reports for all California Department of Education and California Department of Social Services attendance programs.

  7. Work with the Resources and Referral Coordinator to onboard new clients.

  8. Adhere to the HRN Employee Handbook.

  9. Other duties as assigned for agency growth and development.
