Support Group for Women

HRN is excited to offer a bi-weekly Women’s Support Group, led by a skilled facilitator. This group is designed to be a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where women can connect and share their experiences. Sharing is always encouraged but never expected. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment focused on boosting self-esteem, prioritizing self-care, and gaining tools for building healthy relationships. The Topic for this week's meeting will be on self-care, with guidance to write a healing letter of forgiveness to the person who hurt you and then release by burning it.
