About the job

The Coalition Specialist works with community members, local organizations, and youth to improve the health and well-being of Trinity County and provide tobacco education outreach. This person coordinates meetings, events, and projects for the  Partnership in Action for Trinity Health (PATH) coalition and assists in conducting tobacco education and public health policy related activities. Duties include organizing meetings, planning events, updating the PATH website and social media pages, and organizing youth activities for the youth coalition.

Starting wage for the position is $14.66 to $15.10/hr. depending on experience, plus benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; and contributions to a retirement fund.

Must be able to pass a background check. A high school diploma or GED is required and one year of experience in a related field is preferred.
